We are looking for a thoughtful and ambitious Middleweight Designer to join our creative team.

‍

At LoveGunn, design is about more than how things look. It is about rigour, clarity and making brands genuinely work in the real world. You will be a key part of a small, highly intelligent team, working across sport, automotive, tech and lifestyle to create considered, high quality brand systems and creative work.

You will collaborate closely with senior creatives and the Creative Director, contributing to meaningful design conversations and helping to shape brands from strategy through to execution. This role suits someone who cares deeply about craft, typography and detail, while remaining curious, open minded and keen to keep learning.

What you will be doing

• Developing thoughtful, considered and meticulous design work across brand, digital and social projects
• Creating and evolving brand toolkits, systems and guidelines that work across digital touchpoints
• Designing high quality digital assets for web, social and campaign content
• Working closely with the Creative Director and senior team to explore and refine ideas
• Backing up design decisions with clear thinking and rationale
• Contributing to how brands are implemented and embedded within organisations
• Experimenting with tools, processes and technologies to improve how work is made and delivered

What we are looking for

• A designer who cares deeply about typography, craft and detail
• Strong experience in digital design, including social content and campaign assets
• Experience using Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Someone who welcomes feedback and collaboration with experienced seniors
• A high quality portfolio that shows ambition, taste and thoughtful execution
• A genuine passion for sport, with experience working on sport brands or sport related projects
• Comfortable learning new tools and technologies as the industry evolves
• Around 3 years or more experience in a brand or creative studio, though quality of folio, ambition and articulation matter most

What you will get

• £35,000 to £42,000 depending on experience
• 4 day week working pattern
• Hybrid working with two days per week in the London office
• Personal development, mentoring and training
• 20 days of annual leave including public holidays
• Time off between Christmas and New Year, excluded from holiday allowance
